 Solutions Cube Group can work directly with your organization to offer employer sponsored project management training* as well as individual webinars students can participate in independant of their organization. Our offerings incorporate JAD (Joint Application Design) techniques and project management best practices. Employer sponsored courses can be delivered onsite and allow your staff to learn project management skills for building project deliverables and outputs while individual webinars are offered as both instructor led live webinars as well as recorded webinars students can participate in from the convenience of their office, home or when traveling.

As a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.), all Solutions Cube Group training offerings are recognized by the PMI organization and upon completion of an employer sponosored course or individual webinar, students can apply for PDUs through the PMI organization.
Our training approach takes traditional Project Management and Project Team Training to a higher level of applicability. Every course is based on PMI PMBOK Project Management theory as well as our JAD techniques used in over 1,000 projects worldwide. Students will learn the same tools and techniques we use to lead a specific project facilitated meeting effort (i.e. Project Scoping, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, Requirements Definition, etc.). In all Solutions Cube Group employer sponsored courses, students will practice these techniques in the safety of the classroom environment. Each student will leave our course with Solutions Cube Group’s Prompt Slides, Facilitator’s Agenda, and Planning Document and the Facilitated Meeting Templates (Deliverables) needed to enable them to apply the teachings of the course immediately in their own work environment.
Our instruction methodology focuses on helping students learn how to effectively lead the project team members through the collaborative creation of the project deliverables. Each course experience enables students to learn the material from 3 key learning perspectives. The first perspective is aimed at learning and understanding the project management / course concept theory. The second and third perspectives are experiential in nature. As part of the second perspective, the student participates in each activity as a team member being expertly led by the activity leader, in this case the Instructor to build each project deliverable. The student is able to experience the correct application of the techniques being demonstrated. During the third learning perspective, the student practices leading a group of participants (the other students) through the creation of the project deliverables. The student now relies on their own frame of reference, acquired as they were led through the activity earlier, applying this knowledge as they lead the other students through the collaborative creation of the project deliverables.
Solutions Cube Group also offers an optional Mentorship Program which takes your staff to the next level of implementing the tools and techniques learned during our courses and applying them directly in their work environment on a real project. We partner / co-facilitate with your staff, mentoring them through all aspects of planning, preparing for, conducting, and wrapping up a facilitated meeting on their own projects within their company. Over the period of several JAD project facilitated meetings, the attendee's role transitions between assisting a skilled Solutions Cube Group facilitator, to leading and performing all of the facilitated meeting related tasks on their own or with other facilitators in their organization.
