Solutions Cube Group integrates JAD techniques and best practices into all of our Facilitated Meetings. We use time tested and reusable deliverable templates to address key deliverables within each Project Phase. We offer Facilitated Meetings (JAD Sessions) for many phases of the project lifecycle, including Project Scoping, Project Initiation, Requirements Definition, Project Planning, and Risk Management, Project Risk Plan Development as well as meetings to address Strategic Planning, Organizational Planning and Process Re-Engineering.

Solutions Cube Group provides your project teams a process based on industry standard System Development Methodologies (SDM) or Project Lifecycles, and their phases: Initiation, Requirements, Design, Construction, Testing, and Implementation. Our methodology provides the foundational structure and context that can be integrated into any customer’s SDM or Lifecycle enabling them to successfully build project outputs more effectively.

Solutions Cube Group CEO, Paul Burek - formerly of JADCore, LLC, helped pioneer the technique of Electronic Flip Charting (EFC) to create fully documented and clarified deliverables during each facilitated meeting. This enables your project team to have access to the completed facilitated meeting deliverables (hard and soft copies) as soon as the facilitated meeting is concluded. There are no delays associated with waiting for someone to transcribe and potentially misinterpret what was said and agreed to during the JAD session. The alignment and buy-in achieved from the collaborative creation of these project outputs is made possible by the use of EFC.
